The Nuclear Power Corporation is a Public Sector Undertaking and is responsible for execution of the policies laid down by it in consultation with Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) and other concerned Departments. There exists a proper delegation of Powers to execute its programme in accordance with Articles of Association & Memorandum of Association.
