ALLOWANCES AND OTHER BENEFITS

At present, the allowances are being paid as per entitlements.

 

House Rent Allowance (HRA)

Transport Allowance at HQ, NPCIL

Transport Allowance at Sites, NPCIL

Level 1-2	Rs. 900 + DA subject to minimum of Rs. 1060/-
Level 3-8	Rs. 1800 + DA subject to minimum of Rs. 2640/-
Level 9 & above	Rs. 3600 + DA subject to minimum of Rs. 5280/-

 

Professional Update Allowance

Children Education Assistance

03	In all the cases covered under Category A, if employees keep their children in the hostel of a residential school away from the station they are posted and/or residing irrespective of any transfer liability.	Rs. 6750/-
04	For disabled children of employees.	Double the above rate
05	If an employee dies while in service.	CEA shall be admissible in r/o his/her children subject to observance of other conditions.

 

Membership of Professional Bodies

• Employees can become member of two professional bodies as per identified list.
• Annual Membership or Life Membership
• Membership fee will be reimbursed

Scholarship for Children

• Scholarship for Meritorious Students who pass out from X Std.
• The scholarship amount ranges from Rs. 2000/- p.a. to Rs. 3500/- p.a.

Other Perquisites

• Canteen Subsidy Rs. 1270/- per month
• Cable TV Reimbursement Rs. 450/- p.m. with effect from 01.04.2020
