Gorakhpur Haryana Site

Gorakhpur Haryana Anu Vidyut Pariyojana (GHAVP) is situated in the Fatehabad district of Haryana State. It is proposed to have 4 x 700 MWe PHWR types of nuclear Power Plants at GHAVP Site.

Environmental Clearance was obtained for Gorakhpur Haryana Anu Vidyut Pariyojana (GHAVP) from Ministry of Environment and Forest in the year 2013 after public hearing organised by HSPCB and review of Environmental Impact Assessment Report by MoEF, New Delhi as per EIA Notification 2006.
